How to remove semi-permanent varnish?

When your nails have grown back a lot or because your job doesn’t allow you to wear false nails, removal is necessary and this step is crucial to avoid damaging your nails. Today, the nail supply expert Maryton will tell you how to remove semi-permanent varnish in this article.

To remove semi-permanent varnish, you will need to have:

  • a buffing block or a soft 180 or 240 grain file
  • cosmetic acetone or gel polish remover

The first step is to mattify the existing pose to facilitate the absorption of the acetone. It is thus necessary to use the file or the block and to go back and forth on the nail until obtaining a matte nail without any shiny part.

Then apply a remover or cosmetic acetone on a cotton ball or in a manicure bowl and let the solution act until the varnish is dissolved and comes off your natural nail effortlessly.

Hoping that this article has pleased you and will give you ideas! In addition, I also advise you to invest in a complete professional manicure kit to care for your nails!
